My journey as a Chartered Accountant has equipped me with a robust skill set in initiating, developing, and implementing successful merger and acquisition transactions for both listed and unlisted companies across the African continent. My expertise spans valuation, dispute resolution, due diligence investigations, transaction structuring, and M&A.

Having collaborated with numerous multinational businesses, I’ve gained invaluable insights into offshore structures and strategies, particularly in Mauritius. I am proud to be a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.

Beyond my executive roles, I serve as a non-executive director for various companies, where I contribute my expertise to their audit committees.
